Our Females Only Salsa Fitness class is a fun way to learn one of the most popular forms of social Latin dance in the world and have fun whilst burning calories.
When and where:
EVERY THURSDAY AT 7PM

The class will be using Cali style salsa dancing and a variety of exercises. Latin rhythms make everyone smile and somehow our bodies start to move automatically when we hear them. That's why we want to offer you that amazing feeling and dance together using hottest Latin moves.

Wear exercise gear as we will be doing workouts as well. Please wear trainers but feel free to bring your heels as we will be doing freestyle dancing at the end :)
